Who it’s for

Title

Reading the opening is free and needs no card. The rest of the page opens when you own it.

Buy once, keep it. A library document is paid for once, by card, and stays in your library for good: download it as PDF or Word whenever you need it. What you paid is kept with it, so a later price change never touches it. The library’s own prices are shown on each document in the Marketplace.

How it works

Made yours. Kept. Sent.

Make it yours

The layout stays put. Your details go in.

A library document arrives with its fields marked: your practice’s name, your number, who signs. Fill them in once and the page is yours. Come back any time to change an answer.

  • Only the open fields change; the layout is locked, so it always prints right
  • Download as PDF or Word
  • Pick the client first, and the download is recorded against them

Keep it

Every copy accounted for.

What your practice owns is filed by the window it belongs to, with your own uploads beside it for every seat to use. Each file made, downloaded, uploaded, removed or emailed goes into the audit trail: who, when, which version, for which client.

  • Filter the trail, and download the same view as a CSV
  • Owners and admins see the whole practice; a member sees their own
  • Take your data out whenever you like, from Records

Send it

A link for one client, with a lock on it.

Share a document with a client as a link guarded by a password you give them separately. It stops working after a few days, and every open is recorded. The page the client sees names the document and nothing else until the password is right.

  • A password, an end date, and a record of every open
  • A follow-up date, and a reminder email when it comes
  • Revoke it, and the link stops at once

Write it In build

A first draft from one sentence.

Say who it is for and what it needs to say, and a first draft comes back laid out and ready to edit. This part of Documents is being built and isn’t open yet. Until it is, start from the library, or upload your own and keep it beside the rest.

  • Figures it can’t know are left blank for you
  • Nothing goes out until you have read it and sent it yourself

Built to HIPAA rules

A client’s file is a protected file.

Tax returns, enrollment papers, a member list: Documents treats what you upload as protected, under the Business Associate Addendum Snow AI holds with AWS.

Its own key

Protected files are encrypted under a key that belongs to Documents alone, at rest and on the way.

Who, what and when

Every look at a protected file is logged. The log never holds the value itself.

Masked until asked

Details stay hidden by default. A full export asks for a reason and a fresh sign-in.

Nothing in the subject line

No health or tax details, and no Social Security numbers, in emails, links, titles or file names.

What’s included

On its own, or inside your Snow AI account.

Library documents are bought one at a time and kept. Documents itself is a plan. The figures below are proposals; nothing is charged at them until they are set.

Questions

Asked before the season starts.

Something else? Write to support@snowai.app and a person will answer.

Can I read a document before I buy it?

Yes. Every document in the library opens free, with no card: the title, what it is for and its opening. The rest of the page opens once it is yours.

Is a document I buy mine to keep?

Yes. You pay once, by card, and it stays in your library. Download it as PDF or Word whenever you need it. The price you paid is recorded with it, so a later change to the catalogue never rewrites what you own.

Which windows does it know about?

Tax season, Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 to December 7), year-end planning, and documents with no deadline at all. The Deadlines view lists them soonest first, and marks a window red when it is under 45 days away and amber under 100.

How does a client get a document?

Download it for that client, which records it against them in the audit trail, or share it as a link with a password and an end date. Every open of a share is recorded. Sending it out for signature through Sign is being built.

Can my team use it?

Yes. A practice has seats for owners, admins and members. Uploads are there for every seat, and the audit trail shows who did what.

What about clients’ tax and health information?

Documents is built to HIPAA rules, under the Business Associate Addendum Snow AI holds with AWS. Protected files have their own key, every look is logged without the value, and no health or tax details go into emails, links, titles or file names.

Can it write a letter for me?

Not yet. Drafting from a sentence is being built. Today you start from the library or from a file you upload.

How much does it cost?

The plan is proposed at $39–49 a month for a practice; that figure is not final, and nothing is charged at it until it is. Library documents are priced one by one in the Marketplace. A Snow AI customer never pays for the same thing twice.

Can I take my data out?

Yes. Records lets an owner or admin export the practice’s own data, and every export is listed with how often it was taken.

Put it in writing. Before it’s due.
